Returns Are Easy

Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return

Any merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories for a full refund.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from buyreaders.com.

How to Return Items

To return any product or other non-electronic item, no call is required.

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Attach the return label from the front of your packing slip and ship to the address indicated on the label. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Gifts

Our returns center can process exchanges. If the item is a gift, we can issue a check refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. Including your packing slip, the e-mail address, or the name of the person who gave the gift will help to expedite the process. Please include your own e-mail address as well so that we may confirm your refund.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
