Delivery Options...
Standard, Express, and Express Plus
We'll deliver your order wherever it's easiest for you. An order that is in
stock and placed on-line by 3 p.m. Central Time (Standard delivery) will usually
be on its way to you the next business day--most packages will arrive in two to
six business days depending on where you live.
Delivery Time
In stock items are usually shipped the next business day for delivery in about a
week. For expedited delivery, order by 12:00 p.m. Central Time -- Express
Service (add $15 per package to the standard delivery charge) provides next
business day delivery. Express delivery is not available on mail orders, and
orders sent to APO, FPO, P.O. Box addresses and U.S.possessions. Orders outside
the US will be sent DHL with additional shipping fees.

and oversized items have a stated charge. This charge will appear in copy and
supercedes those in the delivery chart. Exclude the purchase amount for those
items when calculating your total for delivery. |
Items Shipped Separately
Orders will be shipped when complete. We will email you otherwise.
Shipping to an Alternate Address
If it is easier for you to have your order sent to your office or a neighbor,
let us know. We can deliver wherever it's best for you. We can send a gift
directly to the recipient, with a complete order summary that eliminates the
price and tells that it came from you. And if you'd like your package gift
wrapped, we can do that, too! Just drop us an email with your order with your
request.
